The company's Road Safety Policy is:

To comply with the applicable legislation regarding Road Safety, driver and vehicle licensing, and the Highway Code
To ensure the implementation of all necessary measures to safeguard road safety for both its personnel and third parties involved in its activities
To reduce the likelihood of the company's involvement, within its capabilities, in road incidents that may result in bodily injuries and property damage, as much as possible.
To eliminate the possibility of causing a road incident that could lead to serious injury or death, which is also its top priority
To ensure that the requirements of the road safety system are integrated into the company's daily operations and to instill a Road Safety mindset in all employees
To develop and maintain cooperation with other organizations specializing in road safety matters
To employ personnel selected based on their competence and ability to meet the company's established objectives
To implement a continuous training and education program for personnel conducted by specialized instructors.
To provide its personnel with all necessary protective equipment
To collect and utilize data and information from third parties regarding the road behavior of its personnel
To leverage modern technology and continuously upgrade protective equipment and incident prevention measures.
To achieve its set Goals through the effective management of intermediate road safety performance parameters
To avoid the involvement of the company's name in incidents related to road safety.

To achieve the above, the company has documented and implements a Road Safety Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 39001:2012, which includes activities related to Road Safety.

Has adopted an Occupational Health & Safety Management System in accordance with the ISO 45001:2018 standard, which is implemented across all its activities
Identifies, assesses, and minimizes risks related to activities that may cause injury or illness.
Encourages employee participation in the process of identifying effective methods for recognizing, assessing, and eliminating or mitigating risks in the workplace.
Provides training and supervision on health and safety matters, such as safe work practices and emergency procedures, to ensure employees have a thorough understanding of workplace hazards.
Ensures that all employees, visitors, and other exposed individuals have been informed, understand, and comply with the Company's Safety Guidelines in the workplace.
Ensures the financial resources for the implementation and continuous improvement of the Health & Safety System applied by the company.
Implements procedures for analyzing and evaluating all accidents and incidents related to safety in the workplace.

The continuous improvement of the operation and effectiveness of the Occupational Health & Safety Management System, as well as compliance with applicable regulatory and legislative requirements for OHS, is a commitment of the company's Management and relies on the active participation and support of all employees.

The General Manager of the company and all employees at TRANSCONAINER S.A. are committed to taking measures for environmental protection and pollution prevention.

The company ensures that all its activities comply with the relevant Environmental Legislation.

The company's Environmental Policy has as its primary objective the minimization of the environmental impact of its activities, and its continuous commitment is:

the reduction of the waste it generates
the promotion of recycling practices
the reduction of energy and natural resource consumption
the reduction of its harmful emissions
where feasible, the use of equipment and means incorporating new environmentally friendly technology
where feasible, collaboration with Suppliers and Subcontractors who consider environmental protection in their activities

To achieve the above objectives TRANSCONAINER S.A.:

Has adopted an Environmental Management System that meets the requirements of the international standard ISO 14001:2015 and is applied to all environmental aspects of the company. The Environmental Management System is monitored, maintained, and improved through inspection, evaluation, and review programs.
Provides sufficient resources for environmental management: expertise, appropriate equipment, trained, and competent personnel.
Establishes Environmental Objectives and Goals, whose implementation is reviewed and evaluated at regular intervals. At the same time, systematic measurements are conducted, and critical parameters and processes are assessed to eliminate or reduce the company's negative environmental impact.

The continuous improvement of the company's environmental performance and Environmental Management System, as well as its compliance with applicable Environmental Legislation, is a commitment of the company's Management and relies on the active participation and support of all employees.
